Vanta is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide customers through their security and compliance journeys using Vanta's specialized solutions. The role involves onboarding, product adoption, value realization, and retention, acting as a product expert and customer advocate. Experience in SaaS and the security/compliance industry is preferred. The role is customer-facing and focuses on ensuring customer success with Vanta's platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guide our customers in our Upmarket segment through onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and value-driven success.
  2. Work with Vanta customers across industries, functions, and stages of their customer journey in a strategic manner.
  3. Proactively partner with Account Managers by flagging at-risk accounts, providing customer insights, and highlighting expansion opportunities
  4. Empower customers to become self-sufficient Vanta champions, solving their immediate needs while focusing on their long-term success, value realization, and retention.
  5. Monitor and prioritize your book of business based on key indicators of customer health via Catalyst, our CS platform.
