What you'd actually do

  1. Guides customers through established best practices by demonstrating an understanding of their structure and needs while guiding them throughout their 1Password lifecycle working closely with Onboarding and Account Executives
  2. Acts as the customer champion and advocate, helping increase awareness of customer needs and priorities
  3. Supports our customers in seeing the value of their investment with 1Password, and driving towards their adoption goals through proactive and reactive customer engagement
  4. Manage Enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology Customer Success role, with ownership of complex, high-value books of business
  5. Drive net revenue retention, including renewal strategy, risk mitigation, and identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience managing Enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology Customer Success role
  • Professional fluency in German and English
  • Proven success driving net revenue retention
  • Strong executive presence with experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded stakeholder environments
  • Experience developing and executing Enterprise Success Plans
  • Skilled at driving adoption at scale across large organizations
  • Highly consultative communicator
  • Operationally strong, with experience leveraging CRM and Customer Success platforms

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with enterprise security, identity, or access management solutions (such as 1Password)
