This role is for a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on driving business growth for influential Sellers on the Amazon Store. The candidate will build and execute strategic joint business plans, identify innovative ways to improve selection, merchandising, traffic, and operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, acting as a strategic partner, managing account goals, building trusted advisor relationships, and improving team efficiency. While not directly building AI, the role involves using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and identifying opportunities for AI to improve products and experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and action improvements to business input metrics that drive growth and enhance end customer experience. Diagnose growth barriers, develop solutions, and test before scaling.
  2. Analyze data and trends to maximize long-term potential for your assigned Seller portfolio.
  3. Act as a strategic partner for Sellers—proactively identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and present compelling value propositions using a consultative approach.
  4. Build trusted advisor relationships and serve as a business advocate for your Sellers.
  5. Improve team efficiency and optimize existing processes. Manage initiatives and deliver solutions independently across teams.
