What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with stakeholders to quickly understand business questions and translate them into clear, actionable analyses
  2. Analyze Uber-wide employee survey data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  3. Query, clean, and analyze data from multiple data sources (e.g., HRIS, surveys, behavioral data)
  4. Translate data into clear narratives, visualizations, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, leaders) to ensure insights drive action

Skills

Required

  • Strong SQL expertise
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field

  • Familiarity with Qualtrics
