Senior Data Analyst, People Insights role focused on advanced analytical execution within HR Data & Intelligence. What you'd actually do

  1. Personally lead and contribute to sophisticated, high-stakes people analyses, applying rigorous statistical methods, research design, and analytical inference to tackle ambiguous, people-driven business challenges.
  2. Perform advanced data analysis and exploration across large, complex HR and workforce datasets to support people-driven insights and advisory work.
  3. Apply appropriate analytical techniques—including descriptive and inferential statistics, segmentation, trend analysis, and comparative analysis—to identify meaningful patterns and relationships in data.
  4. Design and execute exploratory and hypothesis-driven analyses, exercising sound analytical judgment in method selection, interpretation, and validation of results.
  5. Develop clear, high-quality analytical outputs—including tables, charts, and visualizations—that enable the People Insights & Advisory Services team to translate findings into action.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience performing advanced data analysis in HR analytics, people analytics, or a closely related analytical domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
