Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager. This role owns the internal operating system for OCI Construction—ensuring consistent execution, disciplined decision-making, and alignment across regions and functions. This leader will design and run the governance model, operating cadence, and execution tracking mechanisms that enable predictable, scalable delivery.
MUST HAVE DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities Operating Rhythm & Cadence
- Own and manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence
- Structure and run leadership forums (staff meetings, project reviews, QBR inputs)
- Ensure meetings drive decisions, not status updates
Governance & Decision Frameworks
- Establish and enforce clear governance models across construction delivery
- Define what gets escalated, when, and how
- Track decisions, actions, and accountability across leadership forums
Execution Tracking & Accountability
Maintain visibility into portfolio execution across regions
Ensure consistent tracking of:
- Milestones
- Risks
- Dependencies
- Critical path items
Drive follow-through on leadership commitments
Change Management & Planning Discipline
- Implement structured change management processes for design, schedule, and scope
- Support efforts to lock plans of record and reduce shifting timelines
- Partner with Design, TPM, and Construction teams to improve execution alignment
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as connective tissue between:
- Construction
- TPM
- Design (MEP)
- Engineering
Identify breakdowns in coordination and drive resolution.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
