Senior Data Center Mep Pm

Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · Abilene, TX +1

Senior Data Center MEP PM for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support the delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities include field-based project management, monitoring execution, supporting delivery of electrical and mechanical systems, tracking schedules, reviewing quality, coordinating with commissioning teams, identifying risks, and communicating project status. Requires 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction, with a strong preference for electrical MEP systems experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide field-based project management support for MEP systems on hyperscale data center construction projects.
  2. Work closely with construction teams, developer representatives, QA/QC oversight teams, general contractors, trade partners, and vendors to monitor execution of MEP scope.
  3. Support delivery of electrical and/or mechanical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, piping, controls, fire protection, and associated infrastructure.
  4. Track project schedule, milestones, constraints, risks, and dependencies related to MEP construction activities.
  5. Review and monitor installation quality, field progress, construction documentation, issue resolution, and punch-list closure.
