Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · Red Oak, TX +1

This role is for a Senior Data Center Operator focused on the operation and maintenance of liquid cooling and electrical infrastructure for high-density compute environments. Responsibilities include supporting rack intake, filling, liquid cooling loop connections, CDU operations, preventative and corrective maintenance, and incident management. The role requires hands-on experience with data center facilities, mechanical/electrical systems, and incident response in mission-critical settings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Operate and maintain Oracle-owned liquid cooling and electrical infrastructure within colocation leased data hall spaces.
  2. Support rack intake activities, including receiving, staging, inspecting, and preparing racks for deployment into liquid-cooled data halls.
  3. Assist with rack fill activities, including coordination of required infrastructure readiness, physical installation support, and operational checks.
  4. Connect racks to the Technology Cooling System, TCS, loop, following approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  5. Operate, monitor, and maintain Cooling Distribution Units, CDUs, including routine inspections, operational checks, alarm response, and coordination of corrective actions.
