This role is for a Senior Data Center Security Initiatives Project Manager at CoreWeave, an AI-focused cloud provider. The role focuses on the end-to-end deployment of physical security innovations and enhancements within data centers, including WIDS and other cross-functional physical security initiatives. It involves project management, cross-functional collaboration, planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with security standards. While the company is AI-focused, the role itself is centered on physical security infrastructure and project management, not AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end deployment of new physical security systems and innovations, including Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems (WIDS), across multiple data centers.
  2. Execute project lifecycle activities for large-scale physical security design and operational enhancements, partnering closely with Security Design and Commissioning, Networking, Security Engineering, GSOC, Security Operations and other teams as applicable.
  3. Build and maintain detailed project plans, scope, budgets, milestones, and metrics to ensure proactive reporting to leadership and predictable delivery of physical security initiative projects.
  4. Ensure all new technology deployments align with security standards, internal privacy, legal and security reviews, and meet customer requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain standardized project management documentation, templates, and RACI matrices to ensure repeatable and scalable project management practices.
