Senior Data Scientist role focused on web performance analytics for the Creators segment on Adobe.com. The role involves analyzing customer journeys, identifying friction points and growth opportunities, and supporting site optimization through experimentation and behavioral diagnostics. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Web Performance analytics for the Creators business on Adobe.com.
  2. Deliver a clear, end-to-end view of performance across the customer journey and identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  3. Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through structured analysis.
  4. Conduct hands-on analysis using Adobe Analytics and SQL to generate actionable insights.
  5. Apply statistical thinking when conducting and interpreting A/B test results to inform optimization decisions.

Skills

Required

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6–8+ years of experience in web analytics, experimentation, data science, or related data roles
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
  • Experience conducting hands-on analysis of A/B test data, including validating statistical significance and translating results into optimization recommendations
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working with clickstream data
  • Experience leading analytics projects from scoping through delivery
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
