This role focuses on leading and developing Okta partners to successfully deliver Okta services, specifically within the context of securing AI. The Senior Delivery Success Manager will ensure partners are capable of deploying Okta solutions, guiding them through maturity models and validating their implementations. While the company is focused on securing AI, this role is not directly building AI models but rather enabling partners to deliver services related to AI security.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio.
  2. Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model.
  3. Identify specialization gaps and recommend enablement paths.
  4. Support partners pursuing product specializations (OWI, Auth0, Workflows, etc.).
  5. Encourage partner certification and skill development.
