Senior Demand Generation Manager

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and execute new marketing initiatives, focusing on generating global pipeline and self-serve MRR through integrated campaigns, intent-based outbound, and product-led sales plays. The role requires experience in the database or developer tooling space and involves owning lead and pipeline metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated on industry trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategize and execute our integrated campaigns primarily targeting the Enterprise market segment, taking ownership of the campaign implementation process including planning, strategy, and execution.
  2. Build intent-based outbound campaigns leveraging buying intent signals on our website, open-source community and 3rd party sources.
  3. Evolve our product-led-sales strategy to drive pipeline and MRR from ClickHouse Cloud signups and trial users. This includes collaborating with the growth and product teams to ensure our product value is effectively communicated and understood by potential users. It also includes collaborating with our operations and sales team to create automated sales funnels.
  4. Collaborate with our partnerships team to develop partner marketing activities, primarily with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
  5. Own lead and pipeline metrics. Continuously analyze demand funnel and campaign performance data, derive insights, optimize programs, and clearly communicate results to key stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation or growth within the database or developer tooling space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content targeting developers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Bonus if you have experience at a company with an open-source product.
  • Prefer experience in intent-based selling tools like Common Room.
