Replit is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, B2B to build and scale the company's B2B demand generation function. The role will be responsible for creating enterprise campaign playbooks, creative programs, and audience engagement strategies to drive pipeline and revenue. This involves owning campaign strategy, creative direction, and audience engagement programs, working closely with AI-driven paid media optimization, Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams. Key responsibilities include accountability for enterprise pipeline generation, building campaign playbooks from scratch (ABM, content syndication, webinars), driving creative direction and optimization, executing cross-functionally, and leveraging Replit's PLG-to-Sales motion to convert individual users into B2B opportunities.
