Senior Design Recruiter at Brex, responsible for partnering with hiring managers and design leadership to define team needs and role requirements, sourcing, engaging, and assessing design talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing strategies to attract and retain diverse design talent, tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics, collaborating cross-functionally, and championing Brex’s employer brand within the design community.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles, leveraging recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and social networks.
  2. Recruit across various Design roles, including Product Design, Brand/Visual Design, and Design Leadership.
  3. Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios, craft quality, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
  4. Partner closely with design leaders to calibrate on craft standards, hiring bar, and team composition.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including portfolio reviews and design exercises, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
