What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical roles, with a key focus on Design and Creative roles.
  2. Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement
  3. Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager.
  4. Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts.
  5. Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.

  • Bachelor's degree
