What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for the developer ecosystem in computer-aided drug discovery, driving adoption of NVIDIA technologies with cross-functional partners.
  2. Accelerate critical workloads by delivering innovative solutions that integrate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.
  3. Collaborate with software partners to optimize applications, co-develop roadmaps, and provide enablement resources like sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.
  4. Act as a strategic liaison in alliances, strengthening partnerships, setting goals, and guiding execution toward shared scientific and technical outcomes.
  5. Support partner and startup onboarding into NVIDIA programs, encouraging co-innovation and next-generation solution development.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computational chemistry, computational biology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in the drug discovery or technology sectors, spanning developer relations, technical partnerships, and alliance management.
  • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, life science data platform ISVs, or within relevant verticals.
  • Significant proficiency with drug discovery programs and platforms, high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.
  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
  • Proven experience structuring and implementing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external partners (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions (e.g., data pipelines).
  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms (e.g., CUDA, Triton, NeMo).
  • Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.
  • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.
