Senior Developer Relations Manager for Manufacturing in EMEA, focusing on accelerating the adoption of NVIDIA's AI and accelerated computing platforms within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role requires deep technical knowledge of industrial software ecosystems and AI applications in manufacturing, strong developer advocacy skills, and the ability to act as a technical advisor and bridge between the developer community and NVIDIA's internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the trusted technical advisor and advocate for the manufacturing and industrial developer ecosystem across EMEA, working closely with software developers, ISVs, startups, OEMs, and system integrators.
  2. Accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies by demonstrating end‑to‑end solutions for manufacturing workloads such as robotics, digital twins, simulation, computer vision, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and industrial AI.
  3. Design and deliver technical enablement assets including sample code, reference architectures, demonstrations, workshops, and best‑practice guides tailored to manufacturing and industrial use cases.
  4. Guide partners and developers through onboarding, integration, and optimization of NVIDIA platforms and programs, fostering co‑innovation and early technical success.
  5. Engage deeply with partner engineering teams and technical leaders to understand requirements, solve complex technical challenges, and promote scalable, production‑ready implementations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solution architecture
  • at least 5+ years focused on industrial or manufacturing ecosystems
  • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML applications in manufacturing, including robotics, simulation, digital twins, industrial vision, or data‑driven automation
  • Familiarity with industrial software ecosystems, including ISVs, platforms, and solution stacks used in manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements and collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, and partner organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • additional European languages are a plus
  • Hands‑on experience building or deploying AI‑driven solutions for manufacturing or industrial use cases
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI stack (e.g., CUDA, Isaac, Omniverse, AI frameworks, simulation and robotics platforms)
  • Background in data science, robotics, industrial engineering, or related technical disciplines
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling developer communities, technical programs, or ecosystem initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working with startups or emerging technology partners in the manufacturing space
