Okta is seeking a Senior Developer Support Engineer to support and maintain customers implementing their Customer Identity SaaS solution, resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and building client relationships. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in at least one programming language (ideally JavaScript), and knowledge of authentication/authorization concepts and protocols.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and maintain customers who have implemented the Customer Identity SaaS solution, resolving technical and non-technical customer issues in a timely fashion
  2. Operational management of Support tickets
  3. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  4. Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.
  5. Exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
