Senior Devops Engineer

Gong Gong · Enterprise · Tel Aviv, Israel · Engineering

Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, operating, and evolving a multi-cloud Kubernetes platform that supports microservices, ML model-serving workloads, and internal tooling. Focuses on CI/CD, monitoring, logging, alerting, and solving high-scale production and security challenges.

What you'd actually do

  1. A multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform managed as code via Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD
  2. CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows) that deploy, test, and scale workloads across environments
  3. Monitoring, logging, and alerting across the stack (Datadog, Coralogix, Sentry, Wiz), and the on-call rotations that keep it healthy
  4. High-scale production problems: driving continuous platform and security upgrades across the fleet, under real traffic, without impacting live tenants
  5. The velocity-vs-safety tradeoff: designing GitOps workflows where a single PR can safely impact production across clouds and region
