This role is a Senior Digital Engagement Consultant focused on driving adoption and engagement for Caterpillar's digital solutions, particularly those related to sales insights and opportunity lead generation. The consultant will act as a strategist, analyst, marketer, and relationship builder, working with product teams and regional teams to translate product capabilities into measurable business impact and scale adoption globally. The core focus is on turning digital innovation into real-world impact by helping dealers and internal partners fully adopt and realize the value of insight products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end engagement strategies to accelerate product adoption (tied to product releases and regional priorities)
  2. Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions, along with responsibility of ensuring regional teams are integrated into the engagement plans
  3. Analyze product usage and engagement trends, plus gather dealer and regional team feedback to make data-informed decisions and drive adoption through engagement strategies
  4. Create targeted messaging and campaigns to promote product value, dealer action and drive engagement.
  5. Build strong relationships with regional teams, dealers and product partners

Nice to have

  • Experience in working with Field teams or Dealers.
  • Technical marketing background and secure understanding of campaign building, customer journeys and an omnichannel approach
