Senior Digital Growth Manager, Japac

Verkada is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Manager for the JAPAC region to drive customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves managing a significant budget, overseeing campaign planning, ideation, and execution, and working cross-functionally to build and scale the digital growth engine. The ideal candidate is a strategic, curious digital generalist with a technical mindset and strong quantitative skills, capable of end-to-end campaign ownership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own digital campaigns end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity and writing the brief to running the channels and reporting on outcomes. You don't hand off the strategy work; you do it AND ship it.
  2. Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers to understand buying dynamics, persona pain points, and messaging opportunities. Translate what you learn into campaigns that resonate with specific personas and verticals across JAPAC.
  3. Build and run programs across the funnel — top-of-funnel brand campaigns, mid-funnel nurture, and bottom-of-funnel conversion plays. You care about what happens after the click, not just before it.
  4. Hands-on management of paid Search, LinkedIn, and Meta — with a mandate to go further. JAPAC is a multi-market, multi-platform region, and you'll be expected to evaluate, test, and scale channels we're not yet present in, for example Reddit, Naver, Kakao, LINE, and beyond. You know what good looks like on the established channels, and you're energised by the blank slate on the rest.
  5. Partner with our creative team to brief new assets and provide thoughtful, audience-grounded feedback on messaging hooks and visual execution. You understand that creative is a performance lever, not just a production step.
