**Role Definition **
Leads the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale, multi-team digital programs, ensuring alignment to CAT Digital’s model, engineering standards, and enterprise business outcomes.
Drives end-to-end delivery across multiple agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and governance across complex, shared-platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Domain Governance
Manage delivery across multiple domain teams operating on a shared platform
Drive integrated delivery plans with clear dependency mapping across teams
Establish and enforce domain ownership accountability and boundaries
Lead execution of migration and retirement programs (e.g., legacy to modern platforms/APIs)
Cross-Team Coordination (Scrum-of-Scrums/SAFE model)
Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums / program-level forums to ensure aligned execution across teams
Resolve cross-domain dependencies, risks, and integration issues
Remove blockers impacting multiple teams and escalate effectively
Ensure consistent adoption of Agile practices across teams
Delivery Governance & Quality Management
Drive adherence to Engineering Excellence KPIs (e.g., in-sprint quality, regression control, release stability)
Monitor delivery health using dashboards, metrics, and progress trackers
Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively
Ensure release readiness across all impacted domains
Stakeholder & Leadership Communication
Act as primary interface between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Provide executive-ready updates on program health, risks, and decisions
Drive alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and release scope
Support quarterly planning and roadmap alignment
**Data-Driven Program Management **
Define and track program-level KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics
Drive data-backed decision-making (velocity, defect trends, quality metrics, dependency risks)
Oversee reporting across multiple teams and ensure data integrity
Operating Model & Continuous Improvement
Drive adoption of the CAT Digital Operating Model (scoping → execution → tracking)
Standardize templates for planning, tracking, and status reporting
Identify systemic gaps (quality, ownership, dependencies) and implement improvements
Promote shift-left testing and early risk identification

**Experience & Qualification **
Experience: 8+ years in digital / IT project or program management
Domain Experience: eCommerce platforms, digital applications, or large-scale enterprise systems (preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (IT / Computer Science / related field)
Certifications: Agile / Scrum / PMP (preferred)
