This role is for an Executive IT Support Specialist responsible for providing high-touch technical support to senior leadership. The role requires deep technical expertise across various operating systems and collaboration tools, strong security awareness, and absolute discretion. While the company develops an AI Development Platform, this specific role is focused on IT support and does not involve building or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide confidential, immediate, and premium "white glove" technical support to our CEO, VPs, senior leaders, and designated high-priority personnel.
  2. Conduct scheduled, non-disruptive preventative maintenance on all executive hardware (laptops, mobile phones, networking equipment) to ensure peak performance and stability.
  3. Provide expert, zero-fail setup and monitoring for all high-stakes internal and external presentations, board meetings, investor calls, and large-scale video conferences.
  4. Prepare and test all technology kits for executive travel, ensuring secure global connectivity and local technical support coordination when necessary.
  5. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive data, communications, and project information handled or viewed during support sessions.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5+ years in IT support
  • 2+ years dedicated exclusively to supporting C-Suite, Executive, or VIP personnel
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of providing high-level customer satisfaction

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Intune)
  • Experience writing easy-to-follow articles for our Knowledge Base
  • Be a high-level expert in our technology landscape
