Senior Director, Acceptance Segment Lead for Visa Europe's Acceptance Centre of Excellence. This role provides pan-European leadership for a priority merchant segment, defining and executing growth strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and enabling clusters to win in a competitive market. Responsibilities include segment strategy, commercial growth, pipeline development, client engagement, and enablement within the Acceptance CoE.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead the Europe-wide strategy for the assigned segment, aligned to Visa Europe growth priorities and the Acceptance CoE roadmap.
  2. Deliver shared regional revenue targets for the segment, in close collaboration with cluster sales teams, Account Executives and Business Development.
  3. Build and maintain a high quality, pan European segment pipeline, supporting clusters on deal strategy, solutioning and execution.
  4. Strengthen senior level relationships with key merchants, acquirers and payment enablers within the segment.
  5. Act as a core pillar of the Acceptance CoE, enabling clusters to execute segment strategies at scale.
