Visa is seeking a Senior Director to lead product strategy and development for their B2B payment offerings, focusing on large and mid-market segments. The role involves innovating new payment solutions, collaborating with financial institutions and fintechs, and driving business growth. Requires extensive experience in B2B payments, non-card money movement systems, and product leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. developing and executing product strategies that accelerate business growth, including the development and launch of Visa’s next generation B2B payment solutions designed to capture greater spend on the Visa network and/or other Visa money movement assets.
  2. developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of customer needs
  3. managing and developing strong partnership with technology teams to influence and co-create shared roadmaps
  4. developing and communicating strategy, and secure internal investment for products
  5. leading teams to solution and commercialize innovative new products that deliver substantial value propositions to the market.

Skills

Required

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
  • Prior product strategy and/or deep product development/management experience in commercial/B2B payments and non-card payment systems
  • Experienced product leader with a record of accomplishment for creating and developing new product capabilities from initial concept to industry leadership
  • Proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of customer needs
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business results
  • Experience managing and developing strong partnership with technology teams to influence and co-create shared roadmaps
  • Effective leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing diverse, high performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture that is inquisitive and collaborative
  • Excellent ability to develop and communicate strategy, and secure internal investment for products
  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholders
