Senior Director of Classified Systems at Anduril, a defense technology company. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage a large, complex team that designs, builds, installs and operates classified systems and infrastructure across the Anduril ecosystem
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive classified system plan that directly supports Anduril's business objectives and mission
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in classified spaces
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and speed to delivery
  5. Serve as the senior member of the Classified Systems team, driving execution of objectives through the operational team, adjudicating conflicting priorities and ensuring success of objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Experience managing large teams in an ultra fast-paced, dynamic, demanding environment.
  • Strong operational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive IT and infrastructure strategies, aligning with a broader organizational objectives and mission
  • Experience with both collateral and special access program (SAP) systems and an understanding of how they are accredited.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

  • You’ve built a classified IT or systems team from the ground up.
  • Novel non-federal classified networking experience (CSfC deployments, direct connect to classified cloud, interesting backhaul configurations)
  • Experience deployments leveraging classified cloud.

What the JD emphasized

  • Tangible evidence of successfully executing classified system delivery.
  • Experience with both collateral and special access program (SAP) systems and an understanding of how they are accredited.
  • Should be opinionated at a technical level on what corporate classified system teams should look like based on previous experience.
