This role is for a Senior Director, Clinical Success at Abridge, a company that uses an AI-powered platform to transform patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes. The role focuses on leading and scaling a team of clinical success directors, overseeing clinical enablement and change management, and serving as a strategic clinical voice for product feedback and strategy. A clinical background (MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN) with experience in documentation workflows and people leadership is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Clinical Success Directors (MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs) and Nursing Clinical Success Directors (RNs, LPNs, etc.) focused on clinician enablement, change management, and adoption.
  2. Oversee the design and delivery of scalable training programs and resources for diverse clinician types (physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses).
  3. Serve as a strategic clinical voice in partnership with Product and Design teams to surface insights, feature requests, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Partner with health systems to establish clinical champions and effective change management plans tailored to local workflows and needs.
  5. Ensure your team delivers proactive outreach, ongoing support, and adoption strategies for both individual users and enterprise-wide deployments.

Skills

Required

  • Clinical background (MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN)
  • Experience in documentation workflows (Epic preferred)
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years in people leadership
  • Experience leading clinicians or clinical success/adoption teams
  • Experience in high-growth or health tech setting
  • Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows
  • Understanding of provider needs
  • Understanding of cultural nuances of provider adoption
  • Experience managing enterprise change management efforts
