Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Success for Service Cloud in Mexico City. This role leads an integrated team of Technical Support, Success, and Architecture professionals across Latin America, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and value realization with Service Cloud products. The position involves managing a team of 15-20 professionals, driving customer adoption, handling escalations, and collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support and customer success management within cloud/SaaS environments, with a strong track record in leadership and team development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, lead, and develop a world-class team of Technical Support Engineers, Success Guides, and Architects in Mexico City
  2. Lead the technical support team to drive Customer Success through rapid issue resolution and proactive guidance
  3. Drive customer adoption of Service Cloud capabilities including Digital Engagement, Field Service, Einstein for Service, Omni-Channel, and other platform features
  4. Align with global stakeholders as a Service Cloud product lead
  5. 15+ years in technical support, customer success, or related customer-facing roles, handling complex issues for enterprise customers
