Senior Director, Compensation and Benefits – EMEA, responsible for compensation strategies across the EMEA region, partnering with HR leaders, advising on compensation matters, ensuring compliance, and managing regional benefits programs. Requires at least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with leadership experience and deep understanding of European pay practices and regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the strategy, development, and execution of compensation programs across Europe, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global standards.
  2. Partner closely with the HR regional leader to develop and implement compensation solutions that enable talent attraction, retention, and engagement of key executive and employee groups.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on complex compensation matters, including benchmarking, pay equity, job architecture, and incentive programs.
  4. Ensure compensation and benefits offerings remain compliant with European and local regulations and reflect market best practices.
  5. Support regional benefits programs to complement compensation strategies and support employee wellbeing.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • demonstrated leadership in compensation strategy and program management
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with senior HR and business leaders
  • Deep understanding of European pay practices, regulatory requirements, and talent markets
  • Excellent analytical, influencing, and communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-border teams and multi-country compensation initiatives
  • Fluency in English
