What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement long-term standards and strategies for data center colocation construction projects delivery certainty to align with organizational goals.
  2. Lead and manage the construction oversight efforts of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  4. Analyze projects independently to evaluate the risk profiles associated with timely delivery, address gaps in risk identification and mitigation and inform the business of associated potential impacts.
  5. Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scope of tenant fit out projects with the DCIB teams leading these efforts.

  • Heavy knowledge of base building data center construction- civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing.
