What you'd actually do

  1. Own sign-up volume and ARR from digital as your north star metrics, accountable for performance across the full digital acquisition funnel.
  2. Build and scale a digital growth engine by connecting Paid Media, Web Experience, and Lifecycle marketing, ensuring consistent messaging, audience segmentation and continuous experimentation
  3. Lead the adoption of AI and workflow automation to streamline operations and unlock new opportunities for rapid testing, efficiency and scale
  4. Manage and optimize relationships with agencies, publishers, and tech partners to ensure strategic alignment, performance and and innovation
  5. Lead paid media strategy and execution across search, social, display, video and programmatic — driving efficient customer acquisition with rigorous focus on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
  • at least 5 years leading large, cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience being a second-line leader
  • SaaS experience
  • Paid media depth
  • Deep expertise across the digital channel mix: paid search and social, programmatic, SEO/AEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation
  • Strong command of attribution, funnel analytics, and the data infrastructure that underpins digital performance measurement.
  • Fluent in ad tech and web stacks — DSPs, CDPs, tag management, consent frameworks, CRO tooling — and how they connect to CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-channel personalization and journey orchestration across paid, owned, and product-led touchpoints in PLG and SLG organizations
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
