This role is for a Senior Director of Employee Success at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. What you'd actually do

  1. Design the enterprise-wide frameworks for talent calibration and performance management.
  2. Partner directly with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
  3. Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design to ensure our structure evolves ahead of our growth.
  4. Direct the methodology for identifying high-potential performers.
  5. Create and implement data-driven employee retention and engagement programs.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ Years of Experience in HR leadership
  • 8 years leading teams within high-growth, global tech or industrial companies
  • Experience managing diverse employee populations, including software engineers, data center technicians, and construction/unionized labor
