This role is for a Senior Director of Employee Success at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The position focuses on leading the People Team, bridging business strategy with employee experience, and owning the end-to-end talent strategy for critical business units. The goal is to build a resilient organization that drives competitive advantage in the AI and energy infrastructure space through employee retention, leadership excellence, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing talent calibration and performance management frameworks, coaching managers, leading workforce planning and organizational design, implementing talent identification methodologies, and creating retention and engagement programs. What you'd actually do

  1. Design the enterprise-wide frameworks for talent calibration and performance management. You will be responsible for the "last mile" delivery of these programs—ensuring that corporate policy translates into meaningful, consistent execution by managers on the ground.
  2. Partner directly with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a high-trust coach, helping managers navigate the complexities of leading diverse teams across technical, industrial, and global environments.
  3. Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design to ensure our structure evolves ahead of our growth. You will manage the change management frameworks required to keep the organization aligned during rapid global scaling and restructuring.
  4. Direct the methodology for identifying high-potential performers. You will implement and oversee the 9-Box Talent Matrix to facilitate leadership reviews, ensuring a deep and visible bench of future leaders across the Digital Infrastructure and Energy teams.
  5. Create and implement data-driven employee retention and engagement programs. You will analyze organizational health metrics to design interventions that reduce turnover and maximize the "employee lifetime value" at Crusoe.
