This role is for a Senior Director of Enterprise Partner Business Strategy at Microsoft, focusing on AI Business Solutions (ABS) or Cloud & AI Partner priorities (CAIP). The position involves defining and executing worldwide partner growth strategies, expanding market opportunities, and driving customer value through enterprise partners. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute global partner business strategies aligned to Microsoft priorities and measurable business outcomes for ABS or CAIP.
  2. Identify market opportunities and partner ecosystem investments that accelerate customer adoption and business growth.
  3. Translate strategic priorities into scalable Go-To-Market motions, programs, and execution plans.
  4. Develop and evolve partner ecosystem strategies across System integrators, Software partners, and AI model partners.
  5. Build strong executive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared success including CSA, Marketing, Industry, Engineering, and regional teams to deliver aligned global execution.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
