Senior Director, Federal Program Management Office (PMO) leader for a large, complex federal healthcare program at Oracle. Responsible for improving delivery discipline, governance, visibility, and execution across the program. Owns the PMO organization including program management, quality, deliverables, schedule, risk, and technical writing. Requires a strong operator to translate strategy into execution, mature PMO capabilities, and lead a multi-functional team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the PMO operating model across key workstreams, including: Program governance and systems adoption: Lead governance processes, decision frameworks, and adoption of core program systems to improve consistency, transparency, compliance, and execution across the organization.
  2. Schedule management: Provide leadership and oversight for integrated schedule management, milestone tracking, schedule performance, and proactive identification of timeline risks and recovery actions.
  3. Risk management: Establish and strengthen risk management practices, including issue identification, escalation, mitigation planning, and reporting to support informed decision-making and program stability.
  4. Quality and deliverables management: Direct quality management and deliverables oversight to improve first-time acceptance, strengthen review processes, and ensure timely, high-quality submission of required artifacts.
  5. Technical writing and Section 508 compliance: Lead technical writing and Section 508 compliance efforts to ensure deliverables are clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with contractual, regulatory, and customer requirements.
