Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Global Field Readiness Transformation to lead strategic planning, portfolio execution, and operating model evolution for Global Field Readiness. This role will own a portfolio of transformation work including readiness strategy, agentic enablement, technical delivery, measurement, and executive communication, focusing on turning business needs into structured work, pilots, scalable solutions, and measurable outcomes. The role involves guiding AI and agentic enablement architecture and partnering with technical teams to build AI-enabled workflows and agentic programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Transformation Office operating cadence and strategic planning across Global Field Readiness.
  2. Lead the portfolio across Coaching, Planning, Onboarding, enablement reporting, and supporting readiness platforms.
  3. Own the enablement measurement framework across adoption, performance, consumption, and operational signals.
  4. Lead an agent-first way of working that improves visibility, clarity, execution speed, and operating efficiency.
  5. Senior leader with experience in transformation, readiness, enablement, product, strategy, operations, or related functions.
