Senior Director role focused on shaping and executing global SMB strategy and growth, particularly in the context of the AI era, to empower customers and drive business outcomes. This leadership position involves strategic vision, operational discipline, and team management to accelerate growth and deepen customer impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end Envision-to-Run operating system across strategy (near & long term), planning, landing, governance, and optimization assuring clear alignment from ambition to execution and from customer insight to business results.
  2. Lead Global SMB strategy: Both near and long strategy. Lead across key stakeholders in PMG, CSA and SME&C to build and land SMB narrative, product truth, product positioning & strategy by customer tranche and hero GTM motion.
  3. Translate strategy into scalable execution by defining priorities, operating models, governance, metrics, and execution mechanisms that drive clarity, accountability, and cross-functional alignment across GSMB, CSA, GS&O, GCPS, OUs, SUs, and partners.
  4. Build a continuous learning engine that turns performance insights, field feedback, and market signals into recommendations that strengthen execution and inform future strategy.
  5. Lead and develop a high-performing team by coaching, inspiring, and growing a diverse organization of strategy and sales enablement leaders across Global SMB.
