Senior Director, Global Strategic Accounts at Reddit, responsible for building and scaling high-stakes global advertising partnerships, developing joint business plans, global strategy, and cross-regional execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and mentor a high-performing organization of Directors, Senior Managers, Sales Managers, and Client Partners focused on Reddit’s most complex and high-value global partnerships.
  2. Drive global revenue growth by identifying opportunities in both new and existing markets and negotiating and managing Joint Business Partnership agreements with partners.
  3. Develop and implement scalable global playbooks and industry-specific strategies.
  4. Lead vertical strategy and development in close partnership with Regional Vertical Senior Directors.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional leadership, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to influence the roadmap for innovation, technical product development, and advanced measurement solutions.
