NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Director, Global Workplace Strategy, Planning and Design to lead a global team in developing and implementing workplace strategies, occupancy planning, and future-of-work initiatives. The role involves influencing cross-departmental collaborators, synthesizing business intelligence, establishing workplace analytics and research, and managing strategic partnerships to ensure space, technology, culture, operations, and sustainability align across all regions. The position requires extensive experience in workplace strategy and leadership, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as visible executive leader and workplace brand steward for NVIDIA, influencing cross‑departmental collaborators and partnering with RESS regional leads to develop and lead workplace vision from strategy through delivery.
  2. Own and implement global workplace strategy and occupancy planning, defining ways‑of‑working models, typologies, standards and rollout plans that enable high‑performing, compliant work environments.
  3. Build and maintain a business‑partnering framework to engage key business units, capture demand signals and convert operational needs into practical planning inputs for portfolio decisions.
  4. Synthesize business intelligence and workforce planning to inform portfolio planning, long‑term capacity decisions, and prioritization of projects.
  5. Establish and lead Workplace Analytics & Research to generate actionable insights on space utilization, employee behavior and workplace efficiency; define performance metrics and evaluation frameworks for continuous improvement.

Skills

Required

  • 20+ overall years of experience in architecture, workplace build, workplace experience or related fields
  • 10+ years leading teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Executive presence and proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional collaborators
  • Demonstrated experience with workplace data-driven strategy, workplace technologies (room booking, sensors, VR/Omniverse), and change management
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment across multiple time zones
