Senior Director, Growth Marketing

Klaviyo Klaviyo · Enterprise · Boston, MA +1 · Marketing

Senior Director, Growth Marketing role at Klaviyo, a consumer-focused company. The role involves owning sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR, building an experimentation engine, and identifying new demand sources. A key aspect is leading the growth team as an AI-first organization, actively building AI-powered workflows and running experiments with emerging tools. The position requires deep SaaS background, fluency across the channel mix, strong analytical skills, and experience leading senior, cross-functional teams. The salary range is $220,000-$330,000 USD.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR — and build the strategy, team, and operating rhythm to hit them consistently.
  2. Build an experimentation engine — a continuous test-and-learn cadence that turns Klaviyo’s scale into a structural advantage.
  3. Identify and build new sources of demand — partnerships, integrations, emerging platforms, and distribution channels that meet buyers where they already are and expand Klaviyo’s reach beyond owned channels.
  4. Lead Klaviyo’s growth team as an AI-first organization — actively building AI-powered workflows, running experiments with emerging tools, and raising the bar for what’s possible in how we acquire, convert, and expand customers. This isn’t about staying current; it’s about leading from the front.
  5. Shape the integrated growth plan — synthesizing what’s working across campaigns, paid media, digital, and product into a coherent, high-conviction strategy.
