What you'd actually do

  1. Be responsible for developing and deploying the multi-year strategy to ensure growth and synergies across VCS solutions in JKM cluster
  2. Be responsible for meeting the VCS volume, revenue and market share targets across all VCS business portfolios
  3. Manage a team that will deliver on business plans, target and drive new revenues, identify client needs and ensure deployment of VCS solutions in a cohesive manner
  4. Lead seamless client engagements along with the sales team to drive expansion across VCS solutions and segments
  5. Identify and scale partnerships to capture new pools of flows, deploy new business models and solutions in market

Skills

Required

  • Strong experience in the Commercial Cards, Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management space
  • Minimum of 15–20+ years of experience in top tier financial institutions, payments network or financial services firm
  • Deep understanding of current B2B payment trends, regulatory environment and current market landscape and gaps
  • Outstanding people leader with a track record of building high performing teams through coaching, a commitment to developing talent and building a strong succession pipeline
  • Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients
  • Good knowledge of product management and development, data driven insights and finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional and cross regional teams
  • Successful track record of stakeholder management
