What you'd actually do

  1. Assures the independence and visibility of compliance activities and reinforces the message that Health Care Compliance (HCC) is a company priority.
  2. Coordinates the resources needed to implement an effective compliance program within business units and across the group.
  3. Oversees implementation of compliance programs across all markets and business units within the region.
  4. Ensures the Compliance Program effectively corrects, prevents, and detects violations of laws, regulations, and policies; and implements corrective actions as needed.
  5. Builds partnerships with senior management to maintain an appropriate culture of compliance and drive a sustainable compliance program.
