Senior Director, Marketing (APAC) at Klaviyo, a global industry SaaS leader. This role is responsible for driving transformative marketing strategies, creating demand, and leading teams to support APAC regional growth. The position requires extensive experience in B2B marketing within scaled or scaling SaaS companies, with a focus on lead generation and customer expansion in the APAC region. The candidate will be responsible for financial stewardship, data-driven insights, team leadership, strategic alignment with sales, content leadership, campaign innovation, brand positioning, event mastery, customer marketing, global collaboration, technology orchestration, and performance measurement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the future of our brand across the Asia-Pacific region utilising your extensive experience in the region and strategic acumen.
  2. Be an expert at partnering cross functionally and be used to operating in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
  3. Drive lead generation and customer expansion at scale in B2B SaaS products within the APAC region, including Japan.
  4. Grow, lead and develop high-performance marketing teams.
  5. Utilise data and insights to craft a comprehensive story relevant to the targeted customer segment (Enterprise, Mid Market and Commercial), with a focus on a full funnel approach throughout the customer journey.
