Senior Director, Regional Delivery (North America) responsible for driving delivery excellence and evolving AI-driven delivery models. Focuses on outcome-led approaches, customer-centricity, and scaling improvements in delivery speed, productivity, and customer impact. Manages delivery operations, strategy, and execution, partnering with Sales, Presales, Product, and Customer Success. Owns delivery KPIs including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. Develops and leads high-performing regional delivery teams.

  1. Serve as the single point of accountability for GDC delivery across Americas
  2. Develop and implement regional delivery strategies that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
  3. Own delivery KPIs, including revenue acceleration, margin goals, backlog management, and customer satisfaction across regions
  4. Engage directly with key customers to shape transformation agendas and co-create outcomes, not just manage delivery execution
  5. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing regional delivery teams

  • Delivery and consulting experience
  • Leadership experience in global/regional roles
  • Managing large, complex delivery organizations
  • SaaS, cloud platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise software delivery
  • Commercial acumen, deal structuring, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Driving transformation initiatives, including AI-led or automation-driven delivery evolution
  • Operating across strategic and hands-on execution layers
  • Communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
