JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase · Banking · Plano, TX +1 · Corporate Sector

Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering responsible for the engineering strategy and end-to-end delivery of standardized, secure partner ingress and egress connectivity across all lines of business within JPMorgan Chase Network Services. The role involves defining and scaling a partner-facing onboarding experience at the network edge, spanning colocation, interconnection, on-prem, and hybrid cloud environments. It requires strong executive judgment, technical credibility, and risk/control leadership in a regulated setting, with a focus on AI-enabled transformation for efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own engineering outcomes for firmwide partner connectivity across the full lifecycle (intake, design validation, implementation, testing, cutover, and operations)
  2. Establish and enforce a consistent operating model that reduces bespoke engineering and ensures operational readiness prior to production
  3. Define and govern global standards for edge connectivity, including segmentation, routing policy, resiliency, encryption, observability, and operational acceptance
  4. Lead platform strategy and execution across large-scale Cisco and Arista environments, including architecture, lifecycle management, capacity planning, automation, and configuration compliance
  5. Drive interconnection and partner ecosystem strategy, including Equinix Fabric and exchange-based connectivity models
