What you'd actually do

  1. Own Global Accounts Receivable Operations: Take full accountability for the customer billing lifecycle from integrating invoices from Salesforce to NetSuite, invoice generation, through the cash collection process.
  2. Drive Operational Excellence: Refining processes and SLAs across the accounts receivable cycle while reducing manual interventions through systematic process improvements and automation.
  3. Optimize Dunning Process: Optimize and automate the dunning process to drive down DSO and reduce the cost associated with external collection efforts.
  4. Build Systems & Automation: Partner with Business Systems team to lead billing system configurations, automate workflows, and integrate billing systems with a goal of being able to generate and send out all invoices on Day 1 of the close process.
  5. Partner with Deal Desk and GTM Teams: Provide strategic consultation on billing capabilities and deal structuring to enable seamless contract-to-billing execution.
