Senior Director, Partnerships - Snowflake

This role is responsible for defining and driving Braze's global strategy for a critical technology partnership with Snowflake. The Senior Director will identify growth opportunities within the Snowflake ecosystem, establish long-term partnership direction, and align executive stakeholders. This is a strategic individual contributor role requiring deep understanding of Snowflake and the customer engagement platform landscape, with a focus on driving business results through partnership strategy and execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define partnership strategy: Identify market pain points, ecosystem shifts, and structural growth opportunities within the Snowflake Data Cloud. Develop a clear global strategy for the Braze–Snowflake partnership that drives pipeline, product alignment, and long-term commercial expansion
  2. Drive executive alignment: Lead senior executive meetings with Snowflake's C-suite and Braze leadership to establish shared objectives, long-term commitments, and governance structures that ensure sustained execution
  3. Own global partnership direction: Independently set the strategic direction for the Snowflake partnership and leverage cross-functional teams at Braze to execute against it with consistency and accountability
  4. Establish governance and operating models: Design and implement joint steering committees, working groups, and cross-functional alignment forums that keep both organizations executing against shared priorities
  5. Shape product and integration priorities: Collaborate with Braze and Snowflake product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap direction, integration development, and joint solution design aligned to customer and ecosystem needs

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience within the SaaS / technology ecosystem
  • 2+ years minimum of Partnerships Experience
  • Deep familiarity with the Snowflake Data Cloud — its architecture, partner ecosystem, and how enterprise customers deploy and expand it
  • Strong understanding of the customer engagement platform landscape and how data infrastructure intersects with marketing technology
  • Proven experience defining joint partnership strategies and building long-term execution plans across two organizations at a global scale
  • Track record of securing executive alignment across partner and internal stakeholders, including C-suite engagement and governance model design
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to align on integration priorities and advance a technically grounded partnership roadmap
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams — translating partnership value into deal-level impact and measurable revenue outcomes
  • Able to operate independently in a strategic, first-in-kind capacity and embed partnership priorities into broader company-wide GTM motions
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing without authority across a matrixed, global organization
