Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to lead the transformation of its Global Field Readiness model, focusing on AI and agentic technology. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Transformation Office operating cadence and strategic planning across Global Field Readiness.
  2. Lead the portfolio across Coaching, Planning, Onboarding, enablement reporting, and supporting readiness platforms.
  3. Own the enablement measurement framework for transformation products and technology across adoption, performance, consumption, and operational signals.
  4. Lead an agent-first way of working that improves visibility, clarity, execution speed, and operating efficiency.
  5. Guide AI and agentic enablement architecture, innovation priorities, and product direction in partnership with technical and product leaders.
