Senior Director, Product Marketing

Crusoe · Data AI · San Francisco, CA - US · Marketing

This role is for a Senior Director of Product Marketing at an AI infrastructure company. The individual will be responsible for understanding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends to inform product strategy and go-to-market efforts. They will act as the voice of the customer, translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives, and build cross-functional credibility with product, engineering, and sales teams. The role requires deep technical understanding of AI and cloud infrastructure, and experience engaging with technical audiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the outside-in perspective for Crusoe Cloud: deeply understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends to surface differentiation opportunities that inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  2. Get hands-on with Crusoe Cloud products to develop a first-person understanding of product capabilities, strengths, and gaps. Form and defend your own informed perspective—don’t rely solely on secondhand briefings.
  3. Serve as marketing’s authoritative voice with product management, engineering, and sales stakeholders. Build credibility quickly by demonstrating technical fluency, customer empathy, and strategic rigor.
  4. Develop field enablement assets that drive consistency and help the sales team scale—including pitch decks, competitive materials, technical briefs, and customer case studies.
