Senior Director of Security India to lead and expand Adobe's global security engineering capabilities, focusing on India operations. This role involves shaping security strategy, driving innovation, and building customer trust by ensuring data protection and privacy. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, customer engagement, global collaboration, operational excellence, innovation in application and cloud security, risk management, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and implement the long-term vision for Adobe’s security engineering function in India, aligned with global security priorities.
  2. Continue to build the security brand and presence in India with leaders across Adobe.
  3. Engage with CTO/CIO/CISOs of our APAC customer to help build trust in our products, build relationships and help answer their security related questions, and in case of a security incident, quickly come up to speed to lead customer confidence calls.
  4. Partner with the CSO and senior leaders across engineering, legal, and cloud infrastructure to drive cohesive security strategies.
  5. Oversee delivery of high-impact security services, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Skills

Required

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in security engineering, including 10+ years in leadership roles with global scope.
  • Proven success leading large-scale security programs across cloud, application, and enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, and secure software development practices.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, security automation, and compliance as code.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, building strong partnerships across regions, influencing senior partners, and building customer relationships.
  • Recognized as an influential, innovative, and collaborative leader in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and executive presence, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practices.
